If you know of Roswell and Area 51 in the United States are full of stories about aliens (especially UFOs) then Russia was also had similar areas called Kapustin Yar.
Kapustin Yar (Капустин Яр) the actual area built since May 13, 1946 as a test rocket and weapons belonging to the Soviet military. Several times this place also become the arena of nuclear tests during the years 1957 to 1961.
The problem is, there are many reports of strange occurrences in relation to the appearance of a foreign aircraft or UFO. That said, the Russian fighter pilots often caught existence of flying saucers over the Kapustin Yar.
For example, the incident in 1948, the Soviet radar to detect the presence of unidentified aircraft. Mig 25 aircraft was flown in pursuit of the bizarre.
