Speaking of wine, the world recognized the French so suppliers taste wine with number one. Interestingly, the roots of the tradition of making wine actually does not come from Italy. The more surprising if it is the beginning of making wine comes from Iran.
The oldest evidence of wine making Firiz Hajji found on the site, Iran, dating from 5400-5000 period last year. This was disclosed Patrick McGovern, Director of the Biomolecular Archaeology Laboratory at the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, University of Pennsylvania.

From the analysis, the scientists concluded that the French winemaking culture is rooted in the tradition of the Etruscans, the culture that grew in the area that now includes Italy.
France is the advantage, because they managed to develop and pass on the tradition of making very good wine that became the state eminent wine producer in the world.
"The development of a country French master in making wine culture has been well documented", said McGovern. "This increased demand can only be met by the local industry, which is run by domesticated vines and recruiting expert winemakers from Etruria." Archaeologists conclusions about the roots of French wines come from Italy revealed after finding artifacts in Lattara region, the southern city of Montpellier, France.
Containers were found, also called Amphoras, still intact and sealed condition. This allows scientists to conduct studies on residue in it and believe that the results of the analysis will indeed refer to the making of wine.
Of chemical analysis, scientists found tartaric acid. This chemical compound is a biomarker of wine making in Eurasia. Tartaric acid was found near limestone press, expected to come from the 425 BC, showed that the device was used for the wine press.
Scientists also found pine, basil, and thyme, which proves that the wine is made are used as medicine. This proves the hypothesis that grape was originally created as well as a drug, which is used by the rich and powerful before becoming a drink consumed in bulk.
