     The human body needs water to function of organs in the body to stay healthy. Flow of nutrients and oxygen to body cells, increase metabolism, protects vital organs, remove dirt and toxins, and regulate body temperature.
     Therefore, keeping the body so as not to become dehydrated very important. Beware of 9 points below that be a sign you need fluids.


1. Thirsty
     Thirst is the body's way was to signal that the body is dehydrated so you are required to consume more water.

2. Dry mouth
     If your mouth feels dry, usually it is because you are dehydrated or dehydrated.

3. Dark urine
     To see if the water intake for the body has been fulfilled, you simply pay attention to your urine. If the urine is pale yellow to clear, meaning your water needs have been fulfilled. Conversely, if the urine is dark yellow and has a strong aroma, it is a sign you need to consume more water.

8. Less sweating
     When you are dehydrated, the body does not produce sweat. This of course is not good for health because sweat is able to bring the dirt out of the pores of the skin. Therefore, more water consumption.

9. Headache
     Dehydration can also cause headaches in the worst case is able to cause fainting.
